Website Design Cheltenham's leading professional and founder Simon Dye has been asked by the Cheltenham Chamber of Commerce to run a seminar for them on LinkedIn and how to make the most of this social media.
Simon Dye is also the Cheltenham Chamber of Commerce's Ecommerce Board Executive.
The LinkedIn seminar will explain:

- How to build the right network of contacts;
- How to create and develop opportunities.

LinkedIn started out in the living room of co-founder Reid Hoffman in 2002, and it officially launched on May 5, 2003.
Jeff Weiner is the CEO, and the company's management team is made up of seasoned executives from companies like Yahoo!, Google, Microsoft, TiVo, PayPal, and Electronic Arts.
LinkedIn is quoted on the NYSE (LNKED) and has a diversified business model with revenues coming from member subscriptions, advertising sales, and talent solutions.
In 2013 LinkedIn had $1.53 billion sales, generated $26 million in profits and had 5,400 staff mainly based at Mountain View, California, U.S.A- as well as an office in London.
